Kundalini Yoga for a Healthy Immune System

The immune system is our body’s defense against disease, serving as our internal police force against unwanted bacteria, viruses and chemicals. Especially during cold and flu season, it’s important to have a strong immune system. In this series, we’ll explore postures, breath exercises and meditations for building our body’s immune system, and learn about the immune system, what affects it, signs of it being at risk, and lifestyle changes to strengthen it.
Each class includes discussion, pranayama, yoga, meditation, essential oils, and deep relaxation to the sound vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls.
Topics for discussion include:

- Vitamins, herbs and supplements
- Diet that supports a healthy immune system
- Juicing and live foods
- Cleansing/detoxing and more!
